Inpatient treatment at Las Encinas Hospital is designed to provide rapid stabilization in a carefully structured, safe, medically appropriate environment. Inpatient treatment offers close supervision for patients who are in need of hospitalization due to their medical or emotional status. An individualized treatment plan is provided for each patient, which includes an interdisciplinary team approach.
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
Las Encinas Hospital in Pasadena, California offers a variety of Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for adults. These programs are provided in an outpatient setting and are designed to teach patients skills to help manage the symptoms associated with behavioral health disorders such as depression and chemical dependency. A supportive therapeutic environment allows patients to receive structured and intensive support to remain safely in their community, work, or school environment.
Residential Treatment for Addictions
Individuals dependent on, abusing or addicted to alcohol, amphetamines, barbiturates, cocaine, narcotics, tranquilizers or prescription medications and other mind-altering chemicals are accepted for evaluation and treatment at Las Encinas Hospital. The hospital offers medically monitored inpatient detoxification, with continued care through our residential treatment at The Briar Program, followed by intensive outpatient programs (IOP).
College Student Mental Health Program
The Las Encinas Student Restore to Wellness Program is a rapid stabilization treatment model for college students who require psychiatric or substance abuse interventions in a hospital and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) settings.
