| Utilization Review RN |
| Case Management RN with two years experience in utilization review, preferably in a psychiatric environment.
Position requires initial patient assessment and daily assessment to determine progression towards goals of treatment and medical necessity to remain hospitalized. required skills to be successful in this position include:
Ability to ensure positive relationships with external and internal customers
Facilitate problem-solving throughout the patient stay regarding any barriers to patient progress and timely discharge
Working in a collaborative effort with other interdisciplinary staff members, referral sources, physicians and community resources
Interact professionally with patient's families and involve both in the formation of the care plan
Facilitate communication regarding patient's treatment process and needs with referral sources and payors
Ensure coordinated, effective patient care including admission assessment, continued stays and discharge requirements.
Current CA RN license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing required/Masters Degree in related field preferred. Two years experince preferred.

| Nursing Supervisor |
| Nursing Supervisor assumes administrative responsibility for the overall performance and staffing of nursing personnel and the patient care for all units in the hospital during the assigned shift and in the absence of the Nurse Executive and Assistant Nurse Executive. Handles all emergency situations that occur in the absence of the Nurse Executive, notifies appropriate administrative persons of major incidents or emergency situations. |

| Registered Nurse |
| Registered Nurse, organizes and administers individualized,professional patient care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital, provides nursing as directed by the Medical staff and in accordance with the objectives,policies and procedures of the hospital. Participates in all patient teaching and discharge planning. Maintains the standards of nursing care as established within the hospital. Minimum One year experience, Current CA RN license and Current CPR. Per Diem minimum requirements are every other weekend. NOC Shift |

| Medical Records Coder |
| The Medical Records Coder is responsible for ICD-9 coding, and computer abstracting of all discharged patient's medical records in a manner consistent with all regulatory agencies. Knowledge of medical, psychiatric and medical records termonology procedures, and functions, confidentiality and release of information laws. Prior work experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
High school diploma. Associate Degree in Health information preferred. CCS Certified. |
